Two Sharpening Modes

You get the perfect sharpening angle with our crossed ceramic rods and carbide blades. Carbide blades (coarse) provide quick edge setting capabilities and the ceramic rods (fine) are used for final edge honing. These two stages offer the capability of turning any dull or damaged blades to clean, sharp ready to cut blades.

Safety Precautions

This sharpener is specifically designed with your safety in mind. When you hold the sharpener, your hand is completely separated from the sharpening system. The design also comes with a soft, non-slip cushioned base to prevent slips and scratch marks on your counter surface.
