Where do you ship from? 

We ship from our warehouses in USA, UK, France, Italy, China

Can you ship your products anywhere?

Yes we do! We ship worldwide.

HOW DO I PROCEED THROUGH THE CHECK OUT PROCESS?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

WHAT IS A FULFILLMENT ADDRESS?

The fulfillment address is your shipping address. If you have an international address, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address in the Special Instructions field during check out.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept payments through Paypal for now. 

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN AN ITEM?

E-mail us at  contact@goodza.net , letting us know that you will be returning an item.

Then, ship the item with your receipt to the adress we will give to you.

Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, but we'll refund the cost of shipping that we originally charged you.

HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

WHICH BROWSER SHOULD I USE TO VIEW YOUR SITE?

We highly recommend that you browse with the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari.

DO I NEED TO INSTALL SPECIAL SOFTWARE TO SHOP ONLINE?

You must enable JavaScript in order to purchase items on our site. For specific instructions, please select your browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or Apple Safari. We also recommend that you install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

What size do i need?

Sizes can often vary depending on the brand. Each product should have their own measurement tables for you to compare yourself against. If there are none, let us know by email and we will get that fixed! 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Any product delivered to you that fails to match the description is eligible for a refund. You can submit refund requests up to 30 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by sending us an email at  contact@goodza.net. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 2 days to 2 months. It depends what's your adress and what you purchased. You can Contact Us or email  contact@goodza.net for specific shipping times.

If you have already purchased, and want to track your shipment please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the email you have received from us with the subject A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way.
  2. The email contains the tracking number of your order.

Here you will be able to see where your order is currently. Please allow a few days after shipment for the tracking information to show.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts warehouses so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE ? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.
